Remote Terminal Unit RTU560

The RTU560 is available in the four different configurations RTU560 A, C, D and E. On all configurations the same applications are available and the same engineering tool is used. As the system concept of the RTU560 is modular, the RTU560 is highly scalable and expandable. Also the same spare parts can be used in all configurations.

The RTU560 has IEC 61850 capabilities and is therefore well prepared for the future. With the Integrated Human Machine Interface (Integrated HMI) the RTU560 also offers a cost efficient way for local control of substation.

A highly flexible redundancy concept allows adjusting the RTU560 to customers needs. This includes communication interfaces, central processing units as well as power supplies.

The handling of the RTU560 is easy and the RTU560 can be adjusted to local requirements. Migration solutions for existing RTUs as well as a wide variety of protocols and interfaces to several control systems are available.
